Over the years, the NHP has had multiple discussions during MDT and Business Operations/Governance meetings regarding the reporting and management of mortalities.
The linked guidance document below is the result of a collaborated review of the process and includes input from the NHR (National Haemoglobinopathy Registry). Further adaptations are due to follow as this is implemented.
